I had my "36 week" dr appointment today. It went well.
I was able to have Dr. Wisebaker who did Jasmine's c-section. She will also be doing this c-section if baby doesn't come early.
I had to have the group-b test today which is awkward but could be worse ;)
She is a very nice Dr. She asked me how our holidays went and I said they went great so I asked her about hers - she said - They were great they were all about CHRIST, Family, Friends, and not as much about the presents. That was nice to hear from a Dr. =)
Dr. Wisebaker said the heartbeat was 135, the baby didn't seem too big, and would maybe be the same size as the girlies...Abby was 8.8...Jasmine was 7.9
I'm still hoping for a bigger baby - my weight gain is ridiculous! 43lbs at this point.
Totally my fault but I've been eating horribly. Anxious to start my diet and exercise again.
My ankles are pretty swollen today.
I talked to her about the stomach pains I've been having so she said she'd check my cervix. I am actually dialated to 1. Which is pretty normal for this stage but she said the baby could possibly come early but that probably explains the pain.
Only 18 days until my c-section and only 7 days until the 15th which will be my last day at work.
I'm still not sure if they will have me return after maternity leave.
My next appointments are all scheduled:
Friday March 15th
Friday March 22nd
Monday March 25th -bloodwork
Tues March 26th - csection at 12 (have to be to the hospital at 10am)
