"28 Weeks"

Today I am 28 weeks pregnant. 84 days to go or 2 months 24 days until March 25th.

I keep forgetting that the dr's office has my due date as April 1st so in there records I'm 27 weeks. I think I explained this in a past blog but when I called to schedule my 1st pregnancy appointment I gave them an estimated date of my last period because I didn't know the specific date which them put my due date at April 1st. After my 1st ultrasound they said the measurements put me at March 25th so since then I've said March 25th. They kept it at April 1st (not really sure why).

The dr's office will be calling me back to confirm but I'm pretty sure my c-section will be scheduled for March 25th. I'm a little bummed that the dr I would prefer is going to be on vacation but the dr that is scheduled that day has lots of expierence so that's good.

I had my 27/28 week appointment today. I had to have my blood drawn and get my Rhogam shot. It's always a pain in the butt to get my blood drawn - they can never find my veins. I stayed strong for the girlies though because they are not fans of shots. OUCH! One in my hand and one in my arm. I'm very glad my Mom was able to bring me today. Thanks Mom!

The dr checked the heartbeat and she said - 130/140 ... I'm like OK?! Thanks! ???

The sad part about the appointment was when I had to sign the consent form to have my tubes tied after my c-section. I've always said after my 2 girls..."If I could just have one more...then we'd be done" SO this is our one more and we're done - it's just still sad thinking there will not be anymore. I love being pregnant.

Our little gummy bear is now approximately the size of iceberg lettuce. Approximately 14.8 inches and weighs about 2 1/4 lbs.
THEME:
Girl: Teal with anything Detroit Lions or the animal Lion
Boy: Blue with anything Detroit Lions or the animal Lion
(Abby is purple, Jasmine is pink)

I can tell everyone thinks we're having a boy.
Have any name guesses??

I will be ordering a crib bedding set ASAP. Might even use my Christmas money to make sure it's still available.

Total weight loss/ gain? Gained another 4 lbs since my last appointment. Total 29lbs. YUCK.
"Feeling fat lasts nine months but the joy of becoming a mom lasts forever". ~Attributed to Nikki Dalton

Maternity clothes? I have 2 pairs of jeans, one nursing bra, & one sleep bra. I can wear most of my shirts that I normally wear – some are getting shorter and some show off more of my belly but they still fit. I forgot I actually have 1 maternity shirt but it's a touch baggy yet. Panties are starting to get a little snug.

Sleep? What is sleep? Just preparing me for late night breast feeding - which I am so looking forward to!

Best moment this week? Finding crib bedding I like and picking out the blanket I want my Mom to knit.

Movement? Josh felt 1st, then Jasmine, now Abby has felt the baby move too! Whoo hoo! Can't wait to see the big tidal waves etc. ;)

Food cravings? Orange juice.
Food aversions? Veggies, Plain Chicken

Gender? Josh and I know. The world will find out probably on March 25th.

What I am looking forward to? My next appointment on Jan 21st - then my appointments will be every 2 weeks.

Labor signs? Thankfully none.

Belly button in or out? Will be in for the whole pregnancy.

Milestones? Made it to the 3rd trimester! <3 So anxious to meet this precious little one. Everytime I feel a movement it feels amazing. Baby can now blink! I feel so very blessed to be a Momma of 3.

THIS IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER AWESOME NEW YEAR!
I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHERE GOD LEADS US IN 2013.  (Keep reading if you want) ...

Work related info -

I will be working everyday now until I go on Maternity leave.
Then once baby comes I can ONLY work 3 days a week. I'm praying after discussing this with my bosses that everything will work.!?

I really really really want to keep my job - but I really really really can ONLY work 3 days.
So if you think about it - please pray that everything will work out!! (THANK YOU!!)

Sleep? Do you watch Duck Dynasty? If not you should! BUT!! Those dreams I keep talking about - ya had a dream that I made Uncle Si's beans and had the same issues afterwards as the guys on the show.
Best moment this week? More people noticing my belly sticking out - but I really wish my belly looked like skinny pregnant women bellies!

At long last your little swimmer can see!
For the first time ever, your wee babe's eyelids have finally opened (remember: they were fused shut previously) and they’re probably having their first moments of sight as you read this (or maybe it already happened while you were brushing your teeth or browsing the internet or something).
In addition to taking in their first visual impressions of their comfy amniotic-filled studio, your little human-bean recently acquired the ability to move their head around.
That's right, if your child were clever enough (which they're not - yet), they could engage in that most basic of non-verbal communication - the head shake/nod. Not to mention, gawking!
In further anti-alien developments: your little super star’s head hair is starting to grow in!
Who knows, maybe a cute little cowlick or two is springing into position right now - the first of years of cute-but-stubborn bed-head.
Your wee piggy's toenails have recently grown in and they're still slowly piling up fat beneath their still-loose-n-wrinkly skin.
Most importantly, their brain tissue and neurons are all developing at a rapid pace, increasing their (genius-level?) brain activity, which will continue to function at accelerated levels for the first eight years of childhood!
And how's mom doing?
Hoorah! This is the final week of your second trimester! You're almost there!!!

Work - What will the future bring?

Work Update

8-19-02 - Started working at Blakeslee & Son, Inc. Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning in Rockford as the Office Assistant / Executive Assistant (My Dad worked as the Dispatcher/ Service Coordinator)
I then worked at the Dispatcher / Service Coordinator after my dad until 7-23-11.

9 YEARS!!

8-1-2011 - Started working at Ahern Fire Protection in Sparta, MI. Worked there for 35 days. They were the worst 35 days of my life.

9-1-11 - Started cleaning homes (Home Cleaning by Amanda)

1-1-12 - Started subbing at Kent City Schools

8-1-12 - Was asked if I could return part time to Blakeslee & Son - not as the dispatcher/ service coordinator just Preventative Maintenance Plan Management & miscellaneous office work / marketing etc. With my cleaning / subbing schedule I chose to return part time... Monday, Wed, Every Other Friday.
Once cleaning slowed down that changed to Mon, Tues, Wed, Every Other Friday.

I have to work 8:30-2:30 in order to be able to take the girls to school and pick them up.

Work has made several employee changes and I'm excited that a service manager will be starting Jan 2nd and also a salesWOman!! will also be starting Jan 2nd. I was told she worked for JQ99 Christian Radio so that makes me very excited to meet her.

I will now be working everyday 8:30-2:30.
I will be doing the dispatching until the new service manager starts. Once he starts I will be the 1st to answer the phone, continue with Preventative Maintenance Plan management, misc. office work, marketing, etc. So call us and you can talk to me!! =)

Once baby gets here then I'll be on maternity leave and then after maternity leave if all works out I may even get to job share with my sister. =) That  makes me very excited as well.

I'm anxious to see what the future brings - I feel like a different employee than I used to be (which is a good thing). Blakeslee & Son has been very good to me and for that I'm very thankful.
There are some days I feel maybe different things are said when I'm not around or as some have told me (not very nice things are said)- but then I have to remember THEY asked ME to come back - so that's got to be one good sign. Plus now I'm working everyday because THEY want me there everyday. They've been very flexible and some days it feels like I'm working with a 2nd family not just co-workers.

Your little grower’s physical proportions are pretty much birth-ready and most of their remaining development will largely be weight gain and a ton of nervous system development.
The good news is: if your child were to be born premature, they’d likely survive without much trauma as their lungs started producing “surfactant” last week, which means their tiny respiratory system is getting stronger with each passing day.
Yes, now’s a good time for a minor sigh of relief and a quick pat on the back. All that hard work and conscientious living is really getting your child prepared for a healthy delivery.
In mobile-fetus news: your baby should be scootching slowly out of the breech position (head upright, with their butt-n-legs down by your pelvis) and start rotating around for a head-first exit through the birth canal.
If all goes well, and your little womb hi-jacker isn't a contrary one, they'll be locked-n-loaded in the next few weeks!
Time is short (or really long, depending on who you ask) — just (still!) 14 weeks left before you can go back to being a single-resident human... with one tiny brand-spankin' new family member!

VENTING

I know not everyone keeps up with FB or my blog and then there will be the people that won't see this either BUT here's a story/vent.

This 3rd pregnancy of ours was an awesome surprise. I really wanted to not find out the sex of the baby for the following reasons:

  1. I wanted the adrenaline rush at the end from not knowing.
  2. We found out with both girls and since this was a surprise I wanted it to be a surprise until the end.
  3. I wanted the girls to see the baby 1st so the 4 of us could have a special moment where just the 4 of us knew and then the girls could have the fun of going to tell our family in the waiting room.
  4. I didn’t want anyone wishing for a certain sex.

This was not supposed to be complicated. It was just a simple – let’s just be surprised – end of discussion.

After our 20 week ultrasound Josh really felt like he needed to know so together we decided that we would find out at our 24 week ultrasound. The ultrasound does feel more exciting when you know what you’re having but this way we could still keep it a secret so that there would still be that special moment where the girls see the baby 1st and then go and share with our family.

Now after finding out I feel like I have to say what it is???  I don’t feel like I should have to though!

Other couples have not found out – why is this such a big deal?

Some are adamant that it’s a girl; some are adamant that it’s a boy.

In a perfect world I’d love everyone to just say NON-GENDER specific words because if you’re not going to know until the end then why would you want to say one or the other if it ends up not being that one?

Someone said to me – you’ve made this too complicated. You should have just found out in the beginning and then you wouldn’t have had this problem.

Why would we have had to find out just because the world wants to know? Whose child is this?

Maybe I’m overreacting or over thinking or who knows what – this has just been on my mind and it’s honestly been kind of upsetting. It shouldn’t be!

I felt the need to vent. Everyone is entitled to vent!

So… this is why I wish we would have just kept it a surprise. What’s done is done.
Now how to move on without letting it bother me…

It's A...

Today I am 24 weeks and 1 day pregnant. 111 days to go or 3 months 20 days until March 25th.

Our little gummy bear is now approximately the size of a grapefruit - the ultrasound today showed approximately 1lb 9oz.

I had my 24 week appointment today. We had another ultrasound to see unseen anatomy and I had my gluclose test as well. The dr's still have my due date as April 1st so technically in there books I'm considered 23 weeks 1 day.

I chose to drink fruit punch for my gluclose test. I drank it really fast so that I didn't have to think about feeling sick. That stuff is pretty sweet and tastes like syrup you put in drinks but it's just too strong to want to drink it all the time. I should get the results by tomorrow.

The ultrasound went great. The dr said it looked like everything was good with everything they couldn't see the first time. It was so cute because baby kept opening it's mouth and you could see the little lips. Wish I could have kissed them. It's arms were also in front of it's face - silly. It felt like it took the ultrasound tech forever to tell us what we were having. I have to admit ultrasounds are a little more fun when you are finding out what you're having. I do still have a part of me that wishes we would have waited though.

They said my placenta is still low and closer to my cervix than it should be but they are optomistic that it will move up before baby is born.

I'll probably be scheduling a c-section for March 25th or sometime the week of March 25th.

Profile 3D = Arms in front of face but you can still see the nose, mouth, & eyes

Profile = see the one arm and the one leg

 Profile

 Feetzers

Total weight loss/ gain? I almost cried today. I'm so mad at myself for being such a pig. I gained another fricken 8lbs. So total = 25lbs. M.U.S.T. WORK on not gaining anymore!!! UGH!

Maternity clothes? I have 2 pairs of jeans, one nursing bra, & one sleep bra. I can wear most of my shirts that I normally wear – some are getting shorter and some show off more of my belly but they still fit. A friend gave me some maternity clothes. Some fit, some don't. My favorite though was a shirt that says Expecting Greatness. =)

Sleep? Love having my heating blanket - still have the craziest dreams. Hope those go away soon.

Best moment this week? Finding out what we're having. Still kind of wish we would have waited though.

Movement? Lots more movement thankfully! Josh has been able to feel it and the girlies hopefully will be able to see if soon because they don’t have enough patients to keep their hand on my belly to feel it.

Food cravings? Nothing sticks out – but I've been a pig. ugh.

Food aversions? Veggies, Plain Chicken

Gender? I know and you don't SORRY!

What I am looking forward to? Next apt on New Year's Eve.

Labor signs? Thankfully none.

Belly button in or out? Will be in for the whole pregnancy. - More and more people have noticed my belly sticking out though. =)

Milestones?  from babycenter.com ...Your baby's growing steadily, having gained about 4 ounces since last week. That puts him/her at just over a pound. Since he's/she's almost a foot long (picture an ear of corn), she/he cuts a pretty lean figure at this point, but her/his his body is filling out proportionally and he'll/she'll soon start to plump up. Her/ His brain is also growing quickly now, and his/her taste buds are continuing to develop. Her/ His lungs are developing "branches" of the respiratory "tree" as well as cells that produce surfactant, a substance that will help her/his air sacs inflate once she/he hits the outside world. Her/His skin is still thin and translucent, but that will start to change soon.

23 Weeks & New Baby Name

Today I am 23 weeks pregnant. 119 days to go or 3 months 26 days until March 25th.

Our little gummy bear is now approximately the size of a pomegranate/ mango - approximately 11 inches long & just over a pound.

SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!

Josh and I have picked out a new girl’s name! These surprises just keep getting better & better. ;)

Full story – Originally we had told my parents, Josh’s parents & my sis a girl name and a boy name. Then we picked a new boy name and decided to keep that a surprise. Now we’ve chosen a new girl name and that will be a surprise as well. REMEMBER at first we were not going to find out if we were having a boy or girl until he/she was born but now on Dec 4th we will be finding out. We’re keeping that a surprise too. SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!  =)

The girlies have really been asking us to tell them the names and they keep saying they’d keep it a secret but when I told them that the boy’s name is Pookey they told Daddy – so we’re not telling them. ;) LOL

Total weight loss/ gain? 17 lbs.  (Read one of my pregnancy apps today and it said at this point I may have gained between 12-15 lbs. so I’m still over that but depending on my next appointment I hope I’m not up too much more. I know I definitely need to be eating better! Thankfully I have my Medical Weight Loss on hold for after baby (not that I should be using that as an excuse BUT)

Maternity clothes?  I have 2 pairs of jeans, one nursing bra, & one sleep bra. I can wear most of my shirts that I normally wear – some are getting shorter and some show off more of my belly but they still fit.

Sleep? Love having my heating blanket - still have the craziest dreams. Hope those go away soon.

Best moment this week? Deciding on a new GIRL name & Josh feeling the baby move.

Movement? Lots more movement thankfully! Josh has been able to feel it and the girlies hopefully will be able to see if soon because they don’t have enough patients to keep their hand on my belly to feel it.

Food cravings? Nothing sticks out – but I feel hungrier it seems like than I remember with the girlies.

Food aversions? Veggies, Plain Chicken, Some types of Pizza

Gender? Josh and I will find out on Dec 4th. The world will know when Gummy Bear is born if he/ she is a he/she =)

What I am looking forward to? More movement & my 2nd ultrasound on Dec 4th.  Anxious to see if my placenta has moved at all.

Labor signs? Thankfully none.

Belly button in or out? Will be in for the whole pregnancy. - More and more people have noticed my belly sticking out though.  =)

Milestones?  From babycenter.com

How your baby's growing:

Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her/his sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that she's/he’s more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see her/him squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her/ him for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze her/him when she/he hears them outside the womb.

22 Weeks

22 Weeks

Today I am 22 weeks  pregnant. 126 days to go or 4 months 5 days until March 25th.

Our little gummy bear is now approximately the size of a papaya/ spaghetti squash.

I got a call from my nurse on Thursday and I've got to make sure I'm not doing anything strenuous or any heavy lifiting, vacuuming because I have partial placenta previa.

Partial Placenta Previa

I'll find out Dec 4th at my next ultrasound to see if my placenta has went up any - or if at that point if I'd have any more restrictions at all.

Total weight loss/ gain? 17 lbs

Maternity clothes?  I bought another pair of jeans with my birthday money. I also got 2 nursing bras - one fancy and one for sleeping. I feel like I'm alot bigger in that region than with the girlies - so I posted a status that I got 2 nursing bowling ball holders because that's what they feel like somedays. HEHE

Sleep? Love having my heating blanket - still have the craziest dreams. Hope those go away soon.
Best moment this week? Feeling gummy bear move more. I guess also deciding that we're going to find out what we're having now. Still not sharing with the world but I'm getting anxious to find out. We're going to go shopping right after to buy a going home outfit. =)  - I'm anxious for my ultrasound to find out if my placenta has moved up at all.

Movement? Lots more movement thankfully but still waiting for more - plus I really want to have Josh and the girls feel it.
Food cravings? Nothing sticks out really this week but I feel like I feel alot more hungry than I did with the girls.

Food aversions? Nothing major. I haven't eaten much veggies though or fruit =(
Gender? Josh and I will find out on Dec 4th. The world will know when Gummy Bear is born if he/ she is a he/she =)
What I am looking forward to? More movement and my 2nd ultrasound on Dec 4th.
Labor signs? Thankfully none.

Belly button in or out? Will be in for the whole pregnancy. - More and more people have noticed my belly sticking out though.
Milestones?
from babycenter.com ...
At 11 inches (the length of a spaghetti squash) and almost 1 pound, your baby is starting to look like a miniature newborn. His lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are becoming more distinct, and he's even developing tiny tooth buds beneath his gums. His eyes have formed, but his irises (the colored part of the eye) still lack pigment. If you could see inside your womb, you'd be able to spot the fine hair (lanugo) that covers his body and the deep wrinkles on his skin, which he'll sport until he adds a padding of fat to fill them in. Inside his belly, his pancreas — essential for the production of some important hormones — is developing steadily.

Boy or Girl?

IS GUMMY BEAR GOING TO BE A

My 3rd ultrasound is scheduled for December 4th - at the appointment they will check my placenta to see if it has moved up any, check the anatomy of the baby that they could not see at my 2nd ultrasound, and then Josh and I finally "kind of" came to a compromise...

We're going to find out what we're having - That is if gummy bear shows us.
BUT - Sorry we're not telling the world.

This was a hard decision for me because I really really really wanted to be surprised but it will still be fun to see the girlies faces when they see FIRST if they're having a brother or sister. <3

Nurse Update

I called my nurse back today and I have "partial placenta previa"
This means that my placenta is lower than it should be so I have another ultrasound scheduled for Dec 4th to see if my placenta has moved up to where it should be.

I have attached a link below that explains it pretty well.

http://www.babycenter.com/0_placenta-previa_830.bc

For now she wants me to make sure I'm not doing anything strenuous / heavy lifting / no vacuuming, etc. She will call me back if I have any further restrictions.

This issue could clear up altogether which is what we're hoping for but I'll know more at my next appointment.

Birthday's & 21 Weeks

We celebrated a lot of Birthdays -
Mason Thomas Miller - 5 Years Old - October 8th
Faith Elizabeth Miller - 11 Years Old - October 16th
Me & My Twin Sis - Amber Rose VanderBilt - 29 Years Old - November 11th - I lost my ring SUPER bummed, but Josh took me to dinner on Monday night to Northern Trails so that was good - LOVE there provolone cheese sticks!
Thank you everyone for the birthday gifts & wishes.
Jasmine Charlee Miller - 5 Years Old - November 14th - We got Jasmine Monopoly Jr and a Pink Monkey Hat. She was also very spoiled by family.
We celebrated all together this time because we weren't able to do anything in October. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at Jill & Jerry's and then got our family pictures taken. (See Facebook for pictures)
Steven Michael Sower - 5 Years Old - November 14th  - The girlies were invited to Steven's Pirate themed birthday party and they had lots of fun.

Today I am 21 weeks and 1 day pregnant. 132 days to go or 4 months 11 days until March 25th.

Our little gummy bear is now approximately the size of a carrot or spaghetti squash.

Total weight loss/ gain? 17 lbs

Maternity clothes? One pair of jeans that I wear almost every day ;) Might buy another pair soon with my birthday money.

Sleep? Having a heating blanket that works helps a lot. I still have crazy dreams though.

Best moment this week? Feeling gummy bear move more
Movement? Lots more movement thankfully but still waiting for more - plus I really want to have Josh and the girls feel it.

Food cravings? Nothing sticks out this week

Food aversions? I can eat certain kinds of chicken but just not plain chicken. We had Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday and most foods didn't taste how I thought they would - Josh said it must be the pregnancy because he liked it all.
Gender? Baby will be known as gummy bear until he/she is born. (In case you don't know the story...the reason for the gummy bear nickname is because when I had my 6 week ultrasound the technician said your baby is the size of a gummy bear…so it just kind of stuck)
What I am looking forward to? More movement and my 2nd ultrasound on Dec 4th.

Labor signs? Thankfully none.

Belly button in or out? Will be in for the whole pregnancy. - More and more people have noticed my belly sticking out though.

Your baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 10 1/2 inches long — the length of a carrot. You may soon feel like she's practicing martial arts as her initial fluttering movements turn into full-fledged kicks and nudges. You may also discover a pattern to her activity as you get to know her better. In other developments, your baby's eyebrows and lids are present now, and if you're having a girl, her vagina has begun to form as well.

How your life's changing:

You're probably feeling pretty comfortable these days. You're not too big yet, and the usual discomforts associated with early pregnancy are, for the most part, gone. If you're feeling good, relax and enjoy it while you can — the third trimester may bring with it a new crop of complaints.
That's not to say you won't have some minor glitches to deal with now. For example, increased oil production may contribute to the development (or worsening) of acne. If that's the case, be diligent about washing well with a gentle soap or cleanser twice a day, and make sure that any moisturizer or make-up you use is oil-free. Don't take any oral acne medications — some are very hazardous during pregnancy — or use any topical acne products without first checking with your practitioner.

You're also more prone to varicose veins now. As your pregnancy progresses, there's increasing pressure on the veins in your legs; higher progesterone levels, which may cause the walls of your veins to relax, can make the problem worse. You're more likely to get varicose veins if other family members have them. Also, they tend to get worse with each successive pregnancy and as you age. To help prevent or minimize varicose veins, exercise daily, prop up your feet and legs whenever possible, sleep on your left side, and wear maternity support hose.
You may also notice so-called spider veins (a group of tiny blood vessels near the surface of your skin), particularly on your ankles, legs, or face. They may have a spider- or sunburst-like pattern with little branches radiating out from the center, they may look like the branches of a tree, or they may be a group of separate thin lines with no particular pattern. Though they may be a bit unsightly, spider veins don't cause discomfort and usually disappear after delivery.

Ultrasound & 20 Weeks

20 Weeks

We had our 20 week ultrasound today. We'll have to have another Ultrasound on Dec 4th because gummy bear was moving around so much they couldn't get good pictures of some of the anatomy. Tha'ts fine with me - as much as I can see the baby the better. Pictures posted below.

Today I am 20 weeks pregnant. 140 days to go or 4 months 19 days until March 25th.
When I first found out I was pregnant I was given a due date of April 1st. Then at my 1st ultrasound they said it moved my due date to March 25th. At my ultrasound today the Dr. said they have my due date still recorded as April 1st which would make me about 19 weeks but they said the baby is big and the measurements put me at around 20 weeks. They said they are going to keep my due date as April 1st but I'm just going to keep it at March 25th.

Our little gummy bear is now approximately the size of a large banana.

Total weight loss/ gain? This makes me mad. It's totally my fault but everytime I start to loose weight and eat right I just fall back again and gain. I hate even saying this but my total weight gain is 17lbs. That's just ridiculous. Tomorrow I guess I start over again for like the 100th time. So my 1st weight gain was 3 lbs and then since my last appointment which has only been 1 month I'm up 14. YUCK YUCK YUCK. Of course going from Medical Weight Loss diet to basically no diet that's what happens. Need to make sure my weight gain stops. The dr I had today at my ultrasound just said make sure i'm not eating for two. I'm not really eating for 2 I'm just not eating the way I should be or the right things. I do feel like I've felt more hungry with this pregnancy though.

Maternity clothes? One pair of jeans that I wear almost every day ;) Might buy another pair soon with my birthday money.

Sleep? Having a heating blanket that works helps a lot. I still have crazy dreams though.

Best moment this week? Seeing Gummy Bear on the ultrasound - some pictures look like there are smiles on the baby's face. WCSG was playing in the ultrasound room and hearing "Oh, how He loves us.. He loves us, Oh how He loves us.." felt amazing.

Movement? I feel more movement at night when I get up to go potty. After the ultrasound today I'm thinking the movement I feel is punches rather than kicks but I'm not sure.

Food cravings? I alway feel like McDonald's burritos - probably 1 of the many reasons of my weight gain.

Food aversions? We went to Logan's the other night for dinner and I ordered the Grilled chicken with Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing - couldn't eat it. The dressing didn't diquise the chicken enough.

Gender? Baby will be known as gummy bear until he/she is born. (In case you don't know the story...the reason for the gummy bear nickname is because when I had my 6 week ultrasound the technician said your baby is the size of a gummy bear…so it just kind of stuck)
We didn't see any parts on the ultrasound today. I'm thinking even if we would have wanted to find out we may not have been able to because baby was face down most of the ultrasound.

What I am looking forward to? More movement and my 2nd ultrasound on Dec 4th.

Labor signs? Thankfully none.

Belly button in or out? Will be in for the whole pregnancy.

Milestones? 20 weeks - Whoo hoo! Half way done.

Video - Can you see the head, belly? See the arm moving? =)
